The 9th Annual Minnesota English Learner Education Conference (MELEd) will be held November 17-19, 2022 at the RiverCentre in St. Paul.  Hundreds of educators who work with multilingual learners attend this conference annually.

We rely on up to 3 dozen proposal raters each year to read and score proposals submitted to the conference in order to ensure an equitable selection of the highest-quality sessions.  Interested in helping out with the proposal rating this year?  

Please enter your info below and indicate potential areas you feel best suited to rating by MONDAY, June 6.  We'll be in touch with an overview of the process in late June.  Once we receive all the proposals (the deadline is June 22), our committee will match you to 1-2 categories and assign you a batch of proposals to read and score (expect to spend about 2+ hours rating proposals, depending on the number assigned to you--we'll check in first before asking raters to take on any more)!  The rating itself will take place during mid summer.

Our general call for day-of-conference volunteers will go out shortly before registration in late August.
