2021 MELEd Conference Registration

Please note: Early bird registration prices ended on November 8, 2021. No refunds will be issued after November 5, 2021.

MELEd COVID-19 Policy:  The health and safety of our conference attendees and broader community is of the utmost importance. Upon entry to this year's conference, all conference attendees are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (final dose at least 14 days prior to the start of the conference). If you are unable to be vaccinated for medical, religious or another valid reason we will accept proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result from 72 hours or less prior to the conference (rapid tests or at-home tests results will not be accepted). All conference attendees will be required to wear a mask while at the conference when not eating or drinking. We will continue to follow CDC and local public health regulations and send out any additional guidelines/updates closer to the conference. Thank you for keeping our conference safe. 

Parking is included with your registration. In order to best accommodate MELEd Conference attendees, we are providing parking vouchers for the St. Paul RiverCentre Ramp for all who choose to drive. We will email all registered attendees a week prior to the conference with a PDF of the parking voucher. Please note, you must PRINT your parking voucher and present it at the ramp when you arrive. If you attend both days, you will need to print a voucher for each day.

Group Registration:  Those registering groups of 5 or more attendees from the same institution are invited to fill out and submit a group registration form vs. registering online to help make it easier to register for different levels. College IS-related Sessions:  We have created a strong College IS track on Saturday, November 20 after receiving feedback from past attendees that it's easier for people interested in this track to attend on Saturday vs. Friday. However, both days of the conference have much to offer for all areas of interest in EL education. We will be posting the 2021 Schedule soon! Please check back for session information (presenter names, session titles, and areas of interest/track) for more information.

***The K-12 EL Coordinator's Meeting is on Thursday, November 18, 2021 and is a separate event from the MELEd Conference. This year's K-12 EL Coordinator's Meeting will take place virtually.
